Seasonal Specials
Our extensive specials list is printed every day and is our daily playground. The specials help to keep us nimble in that we feature fresh local products that may not be on our regular menus as well as fresh seafood that we buy in very small quantities. Hence we often run out of an item or two each day.

Filled with goat & ricotta cheeses, herbs and honey; sautéed in egg white batter and served over local zucchini-lemon salad

Smooth puree of sweet melon and Prosecco; topped with cilantro, chives and pistachios
‘COLORADO’S BEST BEEF’ BRESAOLA
House cured local beef with curry pickled pear, oregano and truffle oil salad; served with charred bread
