About Our Wines
Although our food is focused on northern Italy and the Mediterranean, we believe in offering diverse wines from around the world.
Each continent and region is particular, and we enjoy unraveling and understanding these complexities. A general distribution guideline we follow is: 30% Italian; 25% the rest of Europe; 20% USA and 25% the rest of the New World.
As for varietals we pay homage to the classic vines of Italy and France but also enjoy discovering the unique and obscure vines which exist in Europe and especially Italy. We also believe that the USA should represent the second largest collection after Italy.
